SMS / Text Message Data

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive SMS messages from AEGITz, we collect and process your mobile phone number for the purpose of sending customer care communications such as support ticket updates, service notifications, and responses to inbound inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS-related data are shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) as necessary to deliver messages, and are retained only as long as needed to provide services or as required by law. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive AEGITz services.
