How to use the method
Begin with a live decision, not a blank template.
Choose one current problem, deadline, investment, or operating risk. Work through Define the operating problem, Measure process friction, Map required capabilities, Evaluate market fit, Model lifecycle cost, Test integration and data risk, and Choose and sequence with the people who own the result. Record the evidence used at each stage so leadership can challenge assumptions without rebuilding the history.
The method is complete when the decision has an owner, an agreed next action, a review date, and a measure that shows whether the condition changed. If new evidence changes the answer, return to the relevant stage instead of protecting the original recommendation.
