Our SENTINEL and FORTRESS tiers include 1-hour acknowledgment for P1 (critical) issues, 24/7/365. On-site response in the greater Phoenix metro within 4 hours for P1 issues during business hours, next business morning for after-hours unless the situation warrants immediate dispatch. All SLA commitments are in writing in your contract with consequences for misses — not just marketing language.
