What does the $50,000 ransomware guarantee actually mean?

It means exactly what it says. On our SENTINEL and FORTRESS service tiers, if you experience a ransomware incident while under active AEGITz management and we cannot restore your operations from clean backups within the agreed recovery timeframe, we pay you $50,000. Cash, not service credits.

The conditions: the guarantee requires that you're on a qualifying service tier, that our security stack is fully deployed and maintained, and that the incident wasn't the result of deliberate action by you or your team. Full terms are in the service agreement. We offer this because we believe in our work — and because we want you to hold us accountable for results.
